Amazing experience. The food was very good, the atmosphere really nice and the true reason for the 5 stars was the service!! Sophie did an outstanding job waiting on us. It was the only waiter that we noticed that expertly spaced out our entrees from our appetizers from our desserts so we did not feel rushed or overwhelmed (as can happen often.) we wanted to really share that in hopes she gets the recognition for it because it can not be easy to do ok what felt like a very busy Friday night! I wish i could recommend her to everyone to remember what true waiting should be! Well done and when we come back (she got new regulars just from her service alone) we’ll definitely try the other delightful menu options. Cheers!
The customer service is the best I've ever seen. Atmosphere is incredible. The music The play makes you think of something like smooth Jazz,and perhaps from the 70s. Food overall is the best will definitely go back.
"Wanted to give you an experience" - what a beautiful birthday dinner. Tomahawk was immense. Half at the sitting, took half for later. Martinis, steaks, Brussels sprouts, desserts, everything was top notch. A definite place for Father's Day!
100/10. SO GOOD. A much needed new high end restaurant in Greensboro! The ambience and decor feels like you are in New York City- the low lighting gives it a really high end feel. They have a really large menu heavily driven by steaks as that is what they’re known for. They also have numerous fish, poultry, and salad options ensuring anyone can find something they like. I ate here with my grandparents for our early Christmas dinner and it was the perfect place. Everyone agreed it was some of the best food they’ve had in Greensboro. I got to try bites of a few plates and I can attest everything was 10/10. Our waiter (whose name I really wish I remembered) was the sweetest ever. She made sure everyone’s orders with our various substitutions were correct and checked on us the perfect amount of time. All the staff were very professional and kind. This is an excellent place for birthdays, work diners, date nights, anniversaries, or any special occasion. Also- I would highly recommend making a reservation as it was packed on a Tuesday night!!
The ambience and scenery of the locations and magnificent inside of the building sets you up for a great evening no matter the occasion. The food was not to my liking but customer service and conversation from my date made it all worth the drive . The pecan chicken was just too hard and I thought it would be grilled . But to my surprise it was not but I’m not a complainer and I will come again .
You can not say that it was EPIC, it was extraordinary!!! From walking it to being served was the best ever. To start off we went to the bar and got a couple of drinks while we waited to be seated... When we were seated, our waitress, Jade greeted us and went over the specials and then took our drink order along with appetizers. We started off with bread and Angry Lobster. Then we order a porter house with fries and Wellington with Mac n cheese.. The service was exceptional and Jade went beyond the service to make sure that we were taken care of. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. I will be coming back to this chophouse in the near future...
Found this restaurant in search for somewhere nice for my husband's birthday dinner, along with our friends. We all sincerely loved the food and the atmosphere. Everything from the starters to entrees and drinks all exceeded our expectations. The restaurant only takes reservations, so be sure to book ahead. We shared several appetizers including the Sriracha bacon, which has a slight sweetness which made it even better, the crab fritters, calamari (pretty good), and the wagyu meatballs, which I enjoyed. They also make a delicious homemade ranch. The stuffed chicken is fantastic. I chose creamed spinach but it already comes atop spinach. The pork chop is also delicious.
The name is not just hype. This was an epic experience all the way around. We started off with the angry lobster appetizer. The staff was very friendly, and did everything imaginable to make our experience memorable. This was the first time, in a long time, that our appetizers came out before our meal! We received it in a very pleasant and quiet location. I had the porterhouse steak, medium, and my wife had the beef Wellington. My state came out Exactly the way my server said it would. If you’re in the Greensboro North Carolina area, I would say this ranks up with some of the fine restaurants in Town. Definitely make reservations.
